Frequently Asked Questions

The time it takes to conduct a property valuation appointment will vary depending on the property’s type and size and any pre-inspection preparation. On average, our surveyors are likely to be on site 40 -80 minutes for a survey. However, for small properties like studio flats, this time may be less, and for larger houses, it may be more. Please be aware COVID-19 restrictions may affect these times.
Yes. As fully RICS compliant Chartered Surveyors we pride ourselves on ensuring we deliver the highest level of professionalisation and maintain transparency in everything we do.
RICS stands for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. It is the international body who regulate and train chartered surveyors and other property professionals across many countries.
If you have any pets at the property please let us know at the time of booking. We would appreciate that if these pets are nervous or excitable, they are placed in a separate room whilst we conduct the inspection so we do not cause any unnecessary distress to them.
